Moxie

Moxie is the catalyst for what has become my passion in life. I have always love animals, and when my husband finally relented and said I could have a dog, I was over joyed. We just happened to call J. Frank Baylis of Bayshore aussies and he let us know that there was a pet quality (this was all we wanted at that time) blue merle female and we made the decision to go down and see her that next weekend. When we arrived I was greeted by a very happy bunch of fuzzy puppies, but I knew that Moxie was the one. There was another family who was there to pick out a puppy and they wanted Moxie also. It became apparent that the children of this couple needed an older puppy, and that I wasn't going to put Moxie down. This started my love of the breed and I am so grateful that Moxie had the good sense to choose us too.
